As a specialist in custom media, The CREST Publications Group provides association and sector niche publications within the Commercial Real ESTate industry. More specifically, nearly all of our efforts are Dallas based. Now in its 16th year, the Office and Commercial quarterly has become ‘the voice’ of several professional associations in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. It is read by over 35,000 real estate professionals and is now available online! We are proud that the Dallas AIA has become one of those associations which will appear on the cover in our next and all future issues. The Metrocon Yearbook debuted in August 2008 as the annual trade show guide and it has been a great success. The Yearbook was originally created as a record of the growing event which incorporates the regional efforts and interests of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA). The NTCAR Expo Guide is in its fourth year as the visage of the commercial real estate brokerage industry’s annual regional round-up. It brings together economic development corporations, private real estate companies and the professional brokerage community. The publication coincides with NTCAR’s (the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors) annual trade show in August. The quarterly Realcomm Edge, first issued in May 2008, has a defined and rapidly growing national market (currently 10,000), and supplements the organization’s leadership in technology and education in commercial and corporate real estate. The BOMA Dallas Trade Show Sidekick, coming October 2008, highlights and outlines the office building and industry trade show. The show is Texas’ premier annual commercial real estate industry exhibition. TOBY Magazine, the annual flagship publication of the Building Owners and Managers Association, is five years young and has become a premier national publication – the one most likely to be saved, revisited and collected.
